I’ve had to shed many a bad health habit as I became aware of what works and what doesn’t for my body. I also have had to move away from food that normally would be good for me, all because I am sensitive to that food.
The key in both cases was knowledge, coupled with the intention to eat in a way that brings me into the best health ever.
It’s been a journey, and I’m still on it, but going through it encourages me to want to support others who need to make their own health changes.

Eating with Intention is here to help you do just that. Join me, starting October 29, 2019, for four transformative group sessions designed to get you from “want to” to “can do” on your health journey.
Our four weekly group sessions include:
- Learning about food freedom and your motivations behind wellness;
- Tapping in and listening to what your body is asking for;
- Evaluating your food triggers and digging deeper to overcome them; and
- Slowing down and connecting.
I became a Health Coach to help people just like you–people who want to stay on top of their health goals and gather the necessary tools to conquer the obstacles that have kept them from achieving those goals.
My heart’s desire is to help you:
- Realize that a full, healthy life is possible and enjoyable;
- Ditch the diet mentality; and
- Deeply enjoy and crave foods that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout our four Eating with Intention group sessions, we will jump-start healthy habits to set you on the wellness path you deeply desire for yourself. We will implement small changes during the program to help you reach your goals. Honestly, it’s far more beneficial to make small changes than trying to make a ton of adjustments all at once!
