I am supposed to take Vit D, but I am stubborn, lol! The professional always makes the worse client/patient!  The easiest one of these to implement for me is stepping outside the box and trying something new.  I had no idea what lychee was but thanks for sharing.  I just recently cooked a dish with kale.  Would you believe I just tasted kale for the first time in the last few months?  It taste pretty good to me and I plan on trying more new things I adapt to cooking more!   So good to have you back! I think what we eat has a huge effect on our sense of well-being and alertness. I loved the photo you have here of all the vibrant natural foods. Looks so good :)
