					<description><![CDATA[I get foggy mostly only from stress, and not from diet/sleep/etc. And it&#039;s terrible! The daily walks in the park help, as well as vegetables and even peppermint oil! Sometimes even chewing spearmint gum helps in the short run.]]></description>
