I&#039;ve not tried those in water, but now that you&#039;ve mentioned them, I will look for them.  I usually buy the ones in oil when they&#039;re on sale at BJ&#039;s or Costco.]]></description>

Is it okay to eat the canned sardines in water from the grocery store? I&#039;ve been adding them to my salads for protein/healthy fat and wanted to make sure it&#039;s a safe, healthy bet!]]></description>
