					<description><![CDATA[I think that point about giving ourselves the option to say no is such a big one. In reality, we are hardest on ourselves. When I really say no to things, no one gets mad at me! And a funny one is the crash diet one. I rarely think about my weight, but I’m wearing a dress to a party tomorrow and the last time I wore it was years ago. That said, I haven’t gained weight so it’s OK but I did think about crash diets. It must seem appealing to people.]]></description>
