But Alison, you have given me such great knowledge and awareness with this post! I&#039;ve only tried kimchi, but I&#039;m curious to try the kvass and the kombucha (I walk right past these bottles in stores and stare at the labels nearly every day).

Thank you so much for sharing the wealth of knowledge. I&#039;ll definitely let you know what I think of the kombucha once I give it a try.]]></description>
