					<description><![CDATA[I think I skipped the first two weeks in January at the gym so I missed the January rush if there was one. I know it&#039;s just as important to eat right as it is to workout but it hard to meet in the middle with both. I&#039;m either doing good with one or the other. Working out makes me hungry and then I make the wrong choices when I grad something instead of planning out what I&#039;m going to eat.]]></description>
