I placed glass pitchers and glasses in all places where I usually sit down like desk, sofa or garden and refill them every morning. Plus I start the day with a glass of water and drink some more before I go to sleep. And I refill the water bottle in my bag before I leave the house.]]></description>

I need to go OFTEN because of my water drinking habit. :)

I do know so many people who are not big fans of drinking water, so this is really an important read for those who need to understand how important a health factor this is. Thanks for always sharing your expertise, Alison!]]></description>
