					<description><![CDATA[Exercising regularly is the one habit I&#039;m good at keeping! I do PIlates, barre, the elliptical, and walking. I need to get back to weights, too. 

I need to remember that it takes three weeks to create a habit. I&#039;m really trying to write regularly, but I never give myself enough time to make the habit stick. Hoping 2018 will be my year!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hi Alison! I do think that making positive habits is the way to go for me. This year, I&#039;ve upped my exercise time, and been pretty faithful to my back exercises too. But it didn&#039;t come easily! I planned the time and just put my head down and did it.

Now I&#039;m back from vacation and Christmas celebrations...I was not on schedule at all. Time to rededicate myself to my routine, and I know I&#039;ll feel better!
