I think it helps a lot to not go the route of hard core resolutions but, rather, intentions to be more active and to insert those small markers of health and wellness that will spur us on. 					<description><![CDATA[You hit the nail on the head with how I thought about my fitness goals last year. It&#039;s like they just fell on my list of priorities. And I know that&#039;s so bad to say. So this year, I didn&#039;t set a fitness goal, I just put in my phone and throughout my planner each day to get some activity in (and added notes like--to increase my energy levels and overall wellness, to get a better night&#039;s sleep, stuff like that). I&#039;m still a work in progress, though. Some nights I go to bed knowing I need to get some activity in, but.... I need to do better. 

I like the idea of keeping an activity journal. I love to write, plan, and document things, but I never thought of actually logging my activity. I might have to give that a try.
