					<description><![CDATA[Eating when I&#039;m not hungry is one of the main things I need to work on. At my house, we set the mood to everything with food or snacks. And sometimes it causes me to graze mindlessly just because it&#039;s there or it&#039;s because I&#039;m so used to doing so. I am getting better at #5 and have learned that I will not crave as much as long as I have a fridge full of healthy foods. Thanks for sharing these helpful tips, Alison!]]></description>
