LOL, Dana!  If you&#039;ve eliminated fake sweeteners, juice, and sodas, you&#039;re halfway there.  Once you get the processed food under wraps (pun intended), you&#039;ll see how good it feels.  Dark chocolate from Trader Joe&#039;s is my go-to when I want a chocolate fix.  The Swiss one in the green box and the purple wrapper one are the best!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am definitely a sugar gal. I have eliminated artificial sweeteners, juice and soda though. I drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day, and that&#039;s non-negotiable. My issue is chocolate, so I need to work on that and on further eliminating processed food. More protein for me too - that would help, right? And water.

That&#039;s it, though! I can&#039;t do sugar much at all during the day. I don&#039;t like anything to ruin my productivity. I think cutting it out a lot five out of seven days seems to work for me. Weekends do have treats, though!]]></description>
